Rachael Cook

 Rachael Leigh Cook (born on the 4th of October 1979) is an American actress and model. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99), and Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and on the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her as well as Robot Chicken's voice and She's All That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series started with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook is the daughter Thomas Howard Cook, a comedian and former social worker and JoAnn Cook who is weaver and teacher of cooking. She is a part-Italian. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model at the age of 10 and appeared on national ads for Target. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
